What we look at

Five evidence sources, one picture

Structured interviews carry the design sprint; system records keep it honest. Everything runs over the systems the business already has - read-only access, no migration prerequisite. What the right data foundation looks like after that (an existing warehouse, a light layer added on top, or something else) is a finding the design sprint produces, not an architecture we assume going in.

Role interviews

Support, operations, commercial, training, and leadership - 10 to 15 conversations with the people actually doing the work.

Workflow shadowing

Watching real work over screen-share or recordings: a customer inquiry, a quote build, a routing decision.

Operational records
